Q:
Are there other differences between the plans
besides storage space?
A. Yes. Our 5G, 10G, & 50G Plans allow multiple
computers to be backed up using one account.
The 5G & 10G Plan includes 1 computer and
the 50G Plan includes 10 computers. With any
of these three plans, you can purchase additional
computers. In addition, these three plans include
free plugin support for Microsoft Exchange 5.5/2000/2003
and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.

Q:
How much does it cost to add an additional computer
to my account?
A. If you have our 5G or 10G plan, each additional
computer is $24.99. If you have our 50G plan,
each additional computer is $19.99. With either
plan, you receive 5 GB of additional storage
space for each additional computer. In addition,
storage space is aggregated among all the computers
in your account.

Q:
Is there a limit to the number of computers
that I can install?

of additional computers.

Q:
Which plan is right for me?
A. If you are a small office and need to backup
only one computer with a modest amount of data
our 1G or 4G plans is right for you. If you
need to backup a larger amount of data, backup
multiple computers, or backup a Microsoft Exchange
or SQL Server database, then you will want to
purchase our 5G, 10G, or 50G Security Plans.

Q:
What if my needs or my company's needs do not
fit into one of these plans?
A. If you or your company has needs that do
not fit into any of these plans, please contact
us via email at info@IntegriCom.net
or call us at (770) 271-3514.
We would be happy to work with you to devise
a plan that will fit your backup requirements.

Q:
Is the amount of storage space that I use calculated
on a compressed or uncompressed basis?
A. The amount of storage space is calculated
on a compressed basis. In other words, the storage
space you are using is calculated on the amount
of data that is actually sent and stored on
the IntegriCom servers. Depending on the types
of files that you are backing up, you may actually
receive two or three times as much storage space
than you are paying for because of compression.

Q:
What if I go over the storage space?
A. If the amount of data that you back up (after
compression) exceeds the amount of storage included
in your plan (plus any additional storage that
you have signed up for), you will receive a
notification via email approximately 7 days
before the end of your billing cycle. You will
be able to continue to backup and use the service
uninterrupted.
This 7 day period
gives you the opportunity to delete files that
no longer need backing up or to purchase additional
storage space. If you are still over the purchased
amount at the time of your next billing cycle,
you will be billed for additional storage space
at the rate of $0.01 per megabyte.
