What happens if I lose my username and password?
A. If you lose your username or password, email

with your user information.

Q:
What happens if I lose my encryption Key?
A. If you lose your Encryption Key and the iDataGuard
software is still installed on your computer,
then you can Print your Encryption Key or Save
it to a file at any time using the iDataGuard
software.
If you have had a
system failure and your iDataGuard software
is not installed, unfortunately, you will not
be able to retrieve your data without your Encryption
Key. This is because in order to ensure that
your data is completely secure, IntegriCom does
not store a copy of your Encryption Key.

Q:
Can I change my Encryption Key?
A. For security purposes, you cannot change
your Encryption Key within the iDataGuard software.
The only way to change your Encryption Key is
to reinstall the iDataGuard software and then
select a new Encryption Key. However, you will
have to recreate your backup sets and backup
all of your files again.

Q:
Can IntegriCom store a copy of my Encryption
Key?
A. In order to maintain the highest level of
security for your data, IntegriCom cannot store
a copy of your Encryption Key. Please make sure
that you keep printed and electronic copies
of your Encryption Key in a secure, offsite
location, such as a Safe Deposit Box.

Can I receive copies of my data on CD or DVD?
A. Yes. IntegriCom does offer a service that
will save your encrypted files on CD-ROM or
DVD. The charge for this service is $19.99 per
CD or $24.99 per DVD.
